Description

Roasted light/medium for espresso and immersion brewing, this natural processed coffee delivers notes of cherry, cinnamon, dark chocolate and dried dates. Enjoy the rich, super smooth finish of this coffee, it's akin to "satin sheets caressing your taste buds".

Each single origin coffee we purchase is carefully chosen for its character, fragrance, sweetness and body, to showcase the coffees from that farm. We roast these single origin coffees a little lighter to enhance the specific characteristics from each crop.  This tends to give a focus on these roasted coffees for drinking black, extracted by filter or espresso as the unique characteristics however this lovely Colombian has the body and depth of flavour to shine in both black and milk drinks.

A trained veterinarian, seriously! Wilder Lazo is also one hell of a coffee farmer. A few years ago he planned to get into the coffee business, because he needed to get his farm to be financially viable so he could justify owning it. Wilder dived deep into coffee agriculture, organising and structuring his company after studying the soils, reactivating the pH levels, and planting exotic coffee varietals.

This coffee is grown in San Adolfo - Huila, Colombia at an altitude of 1,700 meters. Huila is one of the premium coffee growing regions of Colombia.

A Pink Bourbon, double fermented, natural processed coffee using the yellow honey process. Following careful evaluation and testing we have roasted this to a light-medium roast level for espresso/immersion brewing methods where we think it shines.
