Croissant - Bake at Home (The Little French Bakery)


Enjoy fresh, warm, light and flaky croissants in the comfort of your own home!

Made in the traditional French style using French butter and flour, these pastries have been partly baked, then snap frozen, so they're super easy to prepare - no prior baking experience required!

Cooking instructions:

  • Defrost at room temperature for approximately 30 min 
  • Preheat oven to 180° (fan forced)
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

All  products can be stored in the freezer for at least 3 months.

The Little French Bakery was founded by husband and wife team, Emma and Stevens, back in 2015. Redlands Coast locals, Emma and Stevens sell their delicious, authentic French treats at 4 farmer's markets, every weekend. Their stalls have become an institution at Cleveland and Manly markets, with people lining up each morning to sample the ever growing range of pastries and treats.
