French Buckwheat (Dark) Sourdough Loaf (450g) - Bake at Home (The Little French Bakery)

$799 $950
each
Description

Enjoy warm, crusty, traditional French sourdough at home!

This dark French loaf is made with a sourdough dough, which means it has a mildly sour taste not present in normal breads. It contains two different flours that makes it very unique: wheat and buckwheat flour.

The loaf is hand folded, giving it an attractively rustic look. It is full of character, with  a subtle honey aroma and no acidity.

These loaves have been snap frozen, so they're super easy to prepare - no prior baking experience required!

Cooking instructions:

  • Defrost at room temperature for approximately 30 min
  • Preheat oven to 200° (fan forced)
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes

All  products can be stored in the freezer for at least 3 months.

The Little French Bakery was founded by husband and wife team, Emma and Stevens, back in 2015. Redlands Coast locals, Emma and Stevens sell their delicious, authentic French treats at 4 farmer's markets, every weekend. Their stalls have become an institution at Cleveland and Manly markets, with people lining up each morning to sample the ever growing range of pastries and treats.
