Premium Tasmanian Lamb Loin Chops

Classic free range lamb loin chops.

Grill, pan fry or oven bake. Great on the BBQ!

The loin chop comes from the side of the lumbar area known as the saddle. They contain a T-shaped bone and on one side is the loin muscle and on the other is the tenderloin.

Loin chops also have a wonderfully smooth flavour, making them a great choice when you're looking for a hearty dinner.

Preheat a grill or char grill on medium-high heat. Lightly coat the lamb chops with oil and season with salt and pepper. If char grilling, arrange the lamb chops on a baking sheet. Grill or char grill the lamb chops, for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked to medium-rare. Transfer the chops to a platter then lightly cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
