Smoked Hickory Flavoured Pork Spare Ribs


Average weight = 160g per rib

Spare ribs, or side ribs, come from under the baby back ribs and are larger, tastier, and meatier, with a lot of bone and more fat.

These have been marinated in a delicious smoked hickory flavoured marinade.

To cook, place in a baking tray with a small amount of water. Cover with baking paper then tightly seal with foil.

Cook for approximately 1.5-2 hours at around 140°C, or until tender.

Remove the paper and foil and cook for approximately 30 min at 180-200°C or until caramelised.
